ComSult offers a variety of services designed to assist the client organization in achieving its goals. Training & Development

ComSult seeks to create an ongoing relationship with client organizations that enables us to adapt, adjust, and participate in deliberations designed to bring about lasting, positive change.  We discourage the use of training as an isolated "fix" that is imposed upon a particular constituency.  We seek opportunities for an integrated approach of purpose, design, intervention, and adaptation toward a long-term goal.  Emphasis is always placed on the "application" of an intervention.

Organizational Surveys

ComSult works with each client diligently in constructing a questionnaire that will address concerns relative to that particular organization.  Employees of ComSult will then administer the survey to the entire target population.  Within a month, the company will receive full feedback on the organization as a whole and an individual breakdown of specific areas.

Team-Based Work Units
