Jerry W. Mayes, Ph.D. is the Owner and Director of ComSult Associates, LLC. He has been involved in organizational improvement for more than 25 years in both union and non-union environments. His clientele includes production and manufacturing facilities, utility companies, municipalities, universities, healthcare providers and financial institutions. His expertise in Highly Involved Work Forces keeps him traveling throughout the country and internationally as a speaker and design consultant for numerous companies.


Catherine W. Lanier, M.A. Catherine has worked with ComSult Associates, LLC. since 1998 and specializes in the areas of mediation, conflict management, problem solving, goal setting and teambuilding. She has also been instrumental in the development of organizational surveys and data analysis for a variety of businesses. Utilizing her background in psychology and organizational communication, Catherine has traveled across the country leading management and employee groups in the quest for greater productivity and greater effectiveness in their communication.
Tim S. Todd, Ed.D.  in addition to his work in ComSult, Tim serves as Associate Professor and Assistant Provost at Murray State University. He has led and been involved in training and development activities for numerous organizations across the United States. His areas of expertise include organizational assessment surveys, continuous quality improvement, strategic planning, teambuilding, and problem solving. Tim is also active on the speaker circuit giving motivational informative speeches to professional staffs, banks, other organizations and students.
